Converted At Gunpoint....
Apparently, the 2 kidnapped Fox News reporters were converted to Islam at gunpoint by their captors...
In the videotape released earlier on Sunday, Centanni and Wiig were shown separately sitting cross-legged, reading statements announcing that they had converted to Islam. At times in the video they were wearing long Arab robes.Wow, what value does a religious conversion have if it is done at gunpoint? When I got robbed by a black man and woman at gunpoint in Madison Square Park several years ago, I gave them my money and then ran.
"I changed my name to Khaled. I have embraced Islam and say the word 'Allah'," Centanni said.
If one has to convert a soul at gunpoint to a religion that accepts and sometime encourages beheadings, kidnapping, suicide bombing in children's school busses, car bombs in markets and funerals, mass executions, etc. what value does it have? Jihad schmihad. Religion is supposed to transform one's heart but this is nothing more than coersion. Kind of like getting executed or threatened as so many do for apostacy in the religion. Keep the morons in-line otherwise we will kill you. But it becomes form-over-substance when one is converted at gunpoint. Islam is such a crock of crap.

There is one God "Allah" and Mohammed is his Prophet.
If you buy that, you are one of the faithful and Paradise will be yours. If you do not, you are either an apostate or an infidel. Either way, by not being one of the faithful, you are an enemy of God and therefore must be destroyed.
The option granted to the journalists was to become one of the faithful. It is all quite simple unless you are Jewish because the faithful know already that a Jew can never truly become one of the faithful. Therefore all Jews must be destroyed.

Even in the Muslim religion, infidels and non-beleivers are not the enemy of God. I don't understand what you are talking about.
