So we need a well funded and trained civilian defense force to keep the populace in line. I am sure that 50 years from now, historians will be amazed at the modern-American creation of Nazi brownshirts.

And, of course, before we get Civilian Defense Corps up and running, one can assist in sending the White House any kind of 'fishy' materials that go against their current plans. I suppose that they will want to try to eliminate any dissenting view points while creating the perfect Utopian Marxist America.
