Is this just an isolated case of a Chinese diplomat saying something stupid, or is this another example of PRC leadership and their ethnocentric view of the world? If this clown doesn't like Americans does he conversely like Europeans since they are spineless diplomats, maybe?

Well, he also says that he does not like the Korean Secretary General. I also do not like the Secretary General of the UN not due to personality but because I think that the UN is worse than worthless and ultimately does much more damage than good.
