Sorry your stupidity appears to run much deeper than you think. First on grammar, I stick by that. But alas, you are correct for a change on the next one....your stupidity knows no bounds is the proper vernacular when describing your commentary. I agree with you on this.
However, lets not be naive in addition to you being juvenile; human life definitively has a price and this was taught as such when I took public policy courses in university. This is how governments determine to allocate what is ultimately a very limited resource, money.
