China and its leadership is just so juvenile when it comes to dealing with the rest of the world. It would be laughable if it wasn't so serious since ultimately China could prove to be whacked out like the dangerous North Korea. What are these people thinking when they do stupid stuff like this? But, regulators around the globe and particularly in China's banking system, by definition, cannot be taken seriously and are not human beings that should be believed or trusted anyway.
