New York Times Editors, Columnists Met With Obama During Syria Push

Why would journalists meet with politicians off-the-record? There is no reasons at all for politicians to request meetings off-the-record and for journalists to agree to that. Journalism in the US is dead and they are nothing but a mouthpiece of the Democratic party to parrot what these people want the folks to hear and know. I cannot take journalist seriously. do not trust them and they have abrogated their responsibility to serve the people.
