More stupidity from the frothing-at-the-mouth leftist New York Times.....
"(Dallas) reckoning with its own legacy as the “city of hate,” the city that willed the death of the president."From here. This is such a piece of rubbish but it no longer amazes me that it is from the New York Times. A communist sympathizer, Lee Harvey Oswald, apparently acting as a lone gunman, murdered the nation's president. However, how is that a city by wishing, or thinking or magically forcing someone to act is a legitimate theme in a modern newspaper? Someone can not like or even hate a President's policies but remain civil and respectful counter force. But they were 50 years ago, my kinds of folks there....
in a white-collar enclave in a decidedly blue-collar state — often loathed the federal government at least as much as, if not more than, they did the Soviet Union or Communist China. But horrendous violence despite some evidence that the right engages in some too, is part of portfolio of the left. Pol Pot, Mao and others have routinely killed millions though the evacuation of individual and economic liberty in their states as has those in the fascist camps. However, I find it difficult to buy that a political or economic philosophy that does not surrender economic or personal liberty and the voraciousness of that message is anyway something that show be convicted of a crime. It is how it should be. And in case those that choose to believe such chewy tripe as we find in this piece, one has to remember that Oswald was a Communist. A supporter of the the Soviet Union and Cuba and their economic models. One therefore may argue that it is in fact Socialism not Conservationism that is the true hater and ones that should be blamed for this specific tragedy.
