I guess that the Obamessiah and his army of Renfields are thinking that their wacky and wonderful Pork-u-lus extravaganza of spending can be thanked for the booming economy that we are now enjoying.

Back in the old days, economies used to free fall, and they bounced back. Today, due to the socialism introduced by FDR in response to the great depression, we face a situation where Americans now expect the government to respond to every problem that faces the citizens. I hate to break it to people, but government is not only ill prepared to deal with these situations, but they have been the primary drivers creating the problems to start with.

People have to be empowered to deal with problems on their own, with their families and communities. This is very different to the big government solutions that are now frequently floated and expected from large swaths of society.
