The leviathan has for decades been sucking the blood out of the host. Now we have not just the right but also the responsibility to defang the beast. i hope that we eliminate the Byzantine world that Washington has created that purely serves its own narrow purposes. However, there are legitimate functions of government and this does have to be paid for. These kinds of plans are fine first step in allowing Americans to take back their nation.

It will never happen. There are too many special interest groups that will buy the vote they need.
It gets exponentially worse every year, not better. Washington is beyond hope. It can't even fix itself. It has no interest in fixing anything that robs them of their gravy train.
sadly, I tend to agree with you. I think that the nation has gotten beyond the point of no return.
