Want to read something idiotic? Read this piece. Just to let you know, Clinton is no Thatcher.
“If you just set out to be liked, you would be prepared to compromise on anything at any time, and you would achieve nothing.”Why anyone would stain Thatcher's name with comparing Clinto with her is doing a disservice to everyone involved. The Clintons are political chameleons. And the article basically indirectly says the same thing.

I lost Thatcher on her poll tax idea, she was wrong then, and is wrong now.
I kind of like the idea of a poll tax. There are so many folks that have no stake at all in government through not being required to pay taxes, that one need to bring them into the process. Not just as those that are voting who is going to give them the most but also as people that are are going to give them the most for their money
