My Predictions.....
That progress in Iraq that has been ignored by the press will continue to be ignored by the press till one day, we will wake up and our boys will be coming home, successful. It will be a new day in the Middle East and the American press will have made itself more irrelevant by painting an opposite picture.
That Roberts will become Chief Justice of the Supreme Court without much bluster from the Democrats and Bush will nominate a more ideological conservative for the other vacancy and get that passed too.
That the leftists in the press that are trying their best to make the Katrina disaster a racist issue will be identified by normal Americans including most black Americans for what they are, just race-baiters, further destroying the credibility of the agenda laden press.
That the real blame for the disaster will be on Katrina, herself, since disasters are just that, disasters. If it wasn't a disaster, then it would have been something much, mush, less...maybe a big storm? Government at all levels will need and be asked to adjust and rationalize their roles.
Most normal Americans will be glad for what people did for others in need as millions have donated to relief efforts of the unfortunate people whose lives were turned upside down. George W. Bush will not get much of the blame for what will prove to limitations on what a central government can do in these situations.
The American press will come out of all of this worse-for-the-wear. How can anyone trust or believe those clowns unless you are pre-disposed and want to believe the drivel that they publish?
