LINK REIT Is Hot.....

The prospectus for the Link REIT is available today, will be priced next week and start trading on Friday November 25th. I figure that I will put in for a fair amount of this deal since retail investors will get it at a 5% discount to the official pricing. Although the estimated dividend yield is a little lower than was anticipated from the deal late last year, 6.31% vs. the 6.85% promised last year, it is still one of the yieldiest more interesting liquid investments that I have seen in Hong Kong for some time. If the initial pricing levels holds the 5% discount coupled with the 6.31% dividend gives a hefty 11+% yield to those that plan to hold it. Punters, start your engines!
