Those that are employable, know that they can get a job somewhere else like England, so, its really the dead-enders that are rioting in France. Just what does that tell you about the prospects there for young people? Its just not very pretty these days is it?

All I know is that I would hate to live in France while these riots are happening.
Actually its quite pleasant living in France, at least here on the Riviera. Living in Paris is probably as ugly as ever but then only scum live in Paris anyway so that's no great loss.

[T]he French seem to have a gene that expreses itself in a total failure to comprehend things like cause and effect. The students who are protesting the CPE are precisely the individuals who should benefit from it. Their slogans about not being "disposable workers" would seem to condemn them to being even less useful non-workers. Quite how this can be seen as an improvement is beyond me.
