More Hostile Tax Policy Offered By The Democrats.....

Of course the Democrats mantra is to tax the rich but it will tax everyone, so watch out. I think that there will be tons of bad news for Americans on tax policy coming up.

Obamessiah.....

Fall to your knees and worship the Obamessiah you Democrats of little faith, 666.

Lemmings For Obama....

Short Memories....

Of course, one of the big talking points for Obamaniacs is that he will restore America's place in the world as far as its popularity. I find this not only silly, but stupid. The US has never been popular with the world, particularly with arrogant nihilistic Europeans who no longer stand for anything.

This being said, this is what an opinion piece published in Europe says about the potential election of the empty suit, Barak Obama....
But even if he had been a half-Chinese ballet-loving Francophone, he would have been hated by some who should have loved him, for there isn't an American president since Eisenhower who hasn't ended up, at some point or other, being depicted by the world's cartoonists as a cowboy astride a phallic missile. It happened to Bill Clinton when he bombed Iraq; it will happen to Mr Obama when his reinforced forces in Afghanistan or Pakistan mistake a meeting of tribal elders for an unwise gathering of Taleban and al-Qaeda. Then the new president (or, if McCain, the old president) will be the target of that mandarin Anglo-French conceit that our superior colonialism somehow gives us the standing to critique the Yank's naive and inferior imperialism.
The United States has a problem, not just with frothing at the mouth Muslim fanatics, but also frothing at the mouth European socialist fanatics.

Bushes Biggest Failure...

Bush tried to out Democrat the Democrats by spending gobs of money on Domestic programs, money that is probably largely wasted. Conservatives need to get back to what they do best and that is keeping the lid on spending and keeping government out of the economic life of Americans. One may ask what is the problem with Government being involve? Just look at Fannie Mae, a creation of the Roosevelt Administration in 1938 that morphed into a gigantic mess. If one is worried about what the potential losses are if Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac need to be bailed out, imagine the horror facing us when the social security bill comes due over the next decade or 2. We are talking tens of trillion of dollars. What is the government doing transferring so many trillions of dollars from working class people to wealthiest demographic generation of people on the planet? It boggles the mind.

More Whining....

As I wrote previously, I have been amazed at the poor attitudes of my fellow Americans on this visit and their claims that people are suffering. Although I do agree that times are tough, they are difficult for everyone. Many of the discussions I have had, turned annoyingly argumentative, and the inevitable decline into the damp and dusty dungeons of conspiracy theories and blaming America for every ill facing the world inevitably comes out.

I liken the decline in any discussion with a Democrat where your debate opponent inevitably invokes a conspiracy theory or blames America for all of the world's problems as a corollary to Godwin's law, that states;
"As a Usenet discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one."
I will call this Glenzo's law....
"As political discussions with Democrats proceed, they will eventually attempt to support an argument using a trite conspiracy theory and finally try blame America for every world ill before you walk away in disgust."
However, I did come across a disturbing news piece (NPR never lies)illustrating how tough times have become and these victims are being forced to cut back on food.

They claim that since they didn't have a car, they couldn't get a job, but i suspect that if they had a car, that they wouldn't be able to get in it.

Real Men Vote For McCain....

Top 10 reasons why real men vote for John McCain. My favorite is number 9...
9. The name John McCain sounds like “John McClain,” the action hero played by Bruce Willis in the manly Die Hard series. “Barack Obama” sounds like the kind of elitist villain John McClain has to outwit and defeat.
Also, Bruce Willis is a Republican voter and presumably a McCain supporter, whereas, wussies like Leonardo DiCaprio are well know Democrats and claims to drive a Prius. Rrrrriiiiiiiiigggggghhhhhhttttttttttt.

I Was Born In Texas....

This is why we love Texas ..

Texans get right to the point and most of the time, what they say is correct.

T. B. Bechtel, a part-time City Councilman from Midland , TX., was asked on a local live radio talk show, just what he thought of the allegations of torture of the Iraqi prisoners.

His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.

"If hooking up an Iraqi prisoner's balls to a car's battery cables will save one Texas GI's life, then I have just three things to say:

Red is positive,

Black is negative,

Make sure his balls are wet."

I Said It First......

The USA has become a nation of whiners. It is truly unbelievable. It is so obvious to me every time I come home, I don't want to come back until these people grow up. My nation wasn't built on handouts or the socialization of everything but that is where we are heading. It truly sickens me. I blame the Democrats but the Republicans are trying too hard to out Democrat the Democrats and to be jello like softies and give away the goodies too. Honestly, I feel hard pressed to feel even an iota of pity for anyone when I hear the moaning. Nietzsche would be proud.

Holy Cows: George W Bush - buffoon or great leader?

The high liberal sport of hating GW Bush was a European phenomenon first then adopted by the European worshipping liberals back home in the states. Finally, a European that looks at their own dithering as being not only non-productive but as the dependency on the US as it really is. Worthless Europeans dither as genocide happened in Bosnia, Kosovo, Rwanda and still in Darfur. Unwilling to stand on any principle, except being against the US, Europeans are proving to be an unreliable allies in almost any endeavour. Nietzsche would be very very proud! Read it here.

The money quote from this article;
Hating George W. Bush is not only dull and unoriginal, but it shows a complete lack of understanding of the world in which we live in.

Why I Am Voting Democrat....

I'm voting Democrat because I believe that the best strategy in war is defeat. It broadens the mind to learn Japanese, German and Arabic. Talk about multiculturalism!

I'm voting Democrat because I'm mad that George W. Bush hasn't caught Bin Laden. That's because Bin Laden is the only Islamic terrorist in the world.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe that if I don't have enough money, the solution is for the government to take more of my money. Who needs money when gas is $5 per gallon?

I'm voting Democrat because I believe that the ideal family is two homosexual bonobos, a goat and a parrot raising a human baby. Love and compassion is all it takes to make a successful family!

I'm voting Democrat because it's my body, and if I want to kill my baby, I'll do it, even if its head is in the birth canal. If I want to cut out my intestines and feed them to the crocodiles, I'll do that too. That's the freedom our forefathers enshrined in the Constitution.

I'm voting Democrat because our enemies on the battlefield deserve comfy hotel rooms, Pay-Per-View, prostitutes and all the benefits of American citizenship.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe we need other countries' permission for me to change the temperature on my thermostat.

I'm voting Democrat because I care about the real victims of crime -- criminals.

I'm voting Democrat because the real cure for racism includes preferential policies based on race -- particularly in presidential voting. If you believe that a black candidate ought to be qualified, as well as black, you're worse than Bull Conner.

I'm voting Democrat because everyone deserves crappy healthcare. Sure, you'll have to wait years for that life-saving cancer surgery. But it's first come, first served at the cemetery!

I'm voting Democrat because I believe in minority rights (except in Muslim countries), free speech (with regard to pornography but not conservative talk radio), environmentalism (unless we're talking about Al Gore's house) and diplomacy (but never backed by the threat of military force).

I'm voting Democrat because I like the words "hope" and "change." Also "kazoo." That's a funny word.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe that America's founders were rich, white, greedy xenophobes, and that America's founding principles are hogwash requiring periodic editing from an unelected group of liberal judges.

Most of all, I'm voting Democrat because I like the ideas they have over in France, but I don't feel like moving there. I'll threaten to move, but I really won't. After all, I have a good job, healthcare, lower taxes, free speech and a social framework that promotes family structure. And all of it is defended by the most effective fighting force on the planet.

If only the institution of far-left values resulted in a great country. Oh, well. That won't stop me from voting Democrat, though. After all, I'm voting Democrat because thought isn't one of my strong suits.

Americans Are Despondent....

One of the big challenges coming back to the US for a visit is that people here are becoming increasingly irritating in their whining and complaining. I hear constant whinging over the price of gas, the perceived decline in good paying jobs, and the stories over the the travails of the everyday person trying to make ends meet. I was even condescendingly accused today of not understanding the incredible plight facing Americans since i live overseas and do not see first hand. As if the view from the suburbs of America is one that is so frightening.

So, then why do foreigners STILL invest heavily in the US? Is there something there that they are missing?

As you can see from the above, investment in the US continues to grow strongly and this implies that investment will create jobs and wealth for those that live here. One can read the report here. Stupid foreigners. Don't they know that they should hate the US as much as American Democrats do?

I, unfortunately, have to listen to the whining of Democrats that both disparage the effectiveness of our American government and also want it to become even more responsible for delivering both essential and non-essential services through its incapable hands. Every time I come here, I worry that I just won't be able to stand all idiotic crap that spews out of people's mouths in New York and consider never returning.
